Sinossi: Le drag queens sono particolari artisti che non seguono delle regole precise, difficili da incasellare. Appartengano a questa particolare categoria i protagonisti di questo documentario. Diamo accesso al pubblico a una sottocultura difficile da incrociare nella vita, meno che mai di chiara comprensione, per chi non ne è coinvolto in prima persona.

Sinopsis: During the last ten years we witnessed the rising of drag queen’s popularity, with the help of Broadway and US television. As it often happens, in Italy the phenomenon was drained of most of its contents and splendour. Italians still struggle to distinguish a drag queen from a transvestite, or a transsexual. Therefore, these artists hardly fit the show business world, because they are not actors, singers or dancers. Although sometimes they do have the ability and experience to perform, in other cases they lack potential. We want to tell four stories without any judgement: they are all different but still similar in their struggle to choose to be a drag queen in Italy.
